These formats of courses proved to be of value. They can be adjusted to meet requirements of Inhouse Seminars.

MBSR-Course (The Standard - 8 Weeks Coarse)
   1 Info-Session (1,5 h),   8 Course-Sessions (2,5 h),   Day of Mindfulness (7 h)
   Daily practice (with CDs) between course-sessions (50 to 70 min)

MBSR compact in 4 days
   1 Info-Session (1,5 h), 4 X 1 Day (5 h each over 4 or 5 weeks), Day of Mindfulness (7 h)
   Daily practice (with CDs) between course-sessions (50 to 70 min)

"8 Weeks of Mindfulness"
   8 Course-Sessions (1,5 h)
   Daily practice (with CDs) between course-sessions (20 to 30 min)
   This is the course most often booked.

8 weeks coarse "Mindfulness at Work" (within Companies and Administrations)
   8 Course-Sessions (1,5 h) with more references to professional life
   Daily practice (with CDs) between course-sessions (20 to 30 min)

1-Day-Workshops
   1 Day (5 bis 6 h) for a first contact with mindfulness training or for special key aspects
